You won’t be transferred across the country or dealt with by a call center. Instead, you'll receive personal and compassionate support from our dedicated team.
Unlike other Direct Cremation services our chapels of rest are open by appointment for families to spend precious moments with their loved ones in an environment that is both comforting and respectful, allowing for a personal and dignified goodbye.
All cremations are carried out at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury with ashes available within two working days.

What Our Families Say About Us
How a Direct Cremation Works
As soon as you contact us, we will arrange for your loved one to be brought into our care in our private ambulance.
We’ll manage the professional arrangements, advise on how to register the death and assist in all the necessary paperwork.
We will arrange an unattended funeral at Emstrey Crematorium, Shrewsbury and inform you of the date and time the cremation will take place and cover all disbursement costs at the time of making the arrangements.
Unlike many other providers of this service, you are still able to visit your loved one prior to the cremation.
The coffin will be transported from our offices to Emstrey Crematorium in a hearse accompanied by a funeral director and pall bearers.
The ashes will be collected from the crematorium in a biodegradable container and available to you two working days following the cremation.
